“It costs approximately $250,000 per year to run St Jax Church. This includes our ministry staff leaders, our ministry costs such as Sundays, Jouvence subsidies, Alpha, the Marriage Course and our share of the operations of this building. By Canadian church standards, this is a very, very tight ship! During COVID, we may have tightened the ship beyond what can be borne in the future and it is vital at this point that we get this right. $250k is the number our churchwardens, our treasurer and our team can stand behind and say, we believe with all of our hearts that this is figure the Lord has asked us all to contribute towards.”

We pray that all those who consider themselves regular members of St Jax Church, will consider giving generously out of the first fruits of their earnings. Here are some examples:
“I’d like to give as much as my phone bill” - $75 / month
“I’d like to give as much as I spend on restaurants” - $200 / month
“I’d like to give as much as I spend on holidays” - $400 / month
“I’d like to give 10% of my after-tax income” - $100-1500 / month
“I would prefer to give of my appreciated securities in a tax-efficient manner” - $5,000 - 100,000
